Torre d’Ara Business Center: leadership in sustainability and healthy workspaces to work and grow

At Torre d’Ara Business Center, we believe that a workplace should go far beyond offering offices or shared areas. For us, working well also means doing so responsibly — caring for the environment, for people, and for the long-term impact we create.
That’s why, from the very design of the building to the creation of our interiors, sustainability has been integrated as a core pillar of our project.

A Business Center committed to energy sustainability

Sustainability at Torre d’Ara starts with the building itself. We have a photovoltaic solar panel installation that allows us to generate renewable energy for the daily operation of the center. This production is complemented by storage batteries, helping us optimize the use of generated energy and reduce our dependence on non-renewable sources.
Thanks to this system, we move toward a more efficient and responsible energy model aligned with the values of the companies and professionals who trust us. It’s not just about cutting energy costs — it’s about reducing the overall environmental footprint of the Business Center and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Workspaces designed for people and their wellbeing

We understand work as an experience that should be healthy, comfortable, and balanced. That’s why at Torre d’Ara we pay special attention to natural light, spaciousness, and material selection.
Our goal is to offer environments that enhance concentration, wellbeing, and productivity — in private offices, meeting rooms, shared areas, and coworking zones alike. Working in a healthy space is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for better performance and daily wellbeing.

A coworking space designed with Lean2Cradle methodology

Within Torre d’Ara, our coworking space has been conceived following the Lean2Cradle (L2C) methodology — an approach that blends circular economy, sustainability, and environmental health principles.
This means the coworking space has been designed not only to be functional but also to:

    • Minimize environmental impact

    • Use recoverable and reusable building solutions

    • Create flexible, adaptable, and long-lasting spaces

    • Prioritize safe materials for people

Every element of the coworking area follows a life-cycle logic, considering not only the present but also its potential future reuse. This results in a space that evolves with professionals’ needs without generating unnecessary waste.

Sustainable and circular materials: spaces created with Honext

Material selection is key to building truly sustainable spaces. At Torre d’Ara we’ve chosen innovative solutions such as Honext materials, made from recycled industrial waste and designed under circular economy principles.
These materials are used both in the main hall and in the coworking areas, providing not only a modern and functional design but also clear values:

    • Recycled and recyclable materials

    • Absence of toxic substances

    • Improved indoor environmental quality

    • Reduced construction impact

An environment aligned with the values of companies and professionals

We know that more and more companies, entrepreneurs, and teams are looking for spaces that reflect their values. At Torre d’Ara, we offer a Business Center that connects with a more conscious and responsible way of working, aligned with today’s challenges.
Here, innovation, sustainability, design, and functionality coexist — creating a professional environment that supports business growth without compromising environmental and social responsibility.

Our commitment: today and in the long term

Sustainability at Torre d’Ara is not a one-time action but an ongoing commitment. We continue to improve our systems, spaces, and decisions, always looking to the future and to the people who are part of our Business Center.
Because we believe that the spaces where we work also speak about who we are — and where we want to go.
